Overview


Brisky Bagels was founded by two siblings with a clear goal: open the best New York–style bagel shop in town and create a place people would want to come back to every day. They needed a complete brand — from naming and visual identity to packaging and communication — that felt optimistic, welcoming, and full of energy.

The Brief


We built the brand around a simple idea: brisk energy and everyday optimism. The name became the foundation for the entire system — influencing tone of voice, color palette, typography, and illustration style.

A mellow color palette was chosen to represent freshness, and a cozy environment. The visual language was designed to feel friendly and consistent across every touchpoint, from packaging and signage to social media and in-store materials. The result is a brand system that supports a positive customer experience while remaining flexible and easy to extend.
